At Cafe Espresso emphasis is placed on fresh, local and seasonal produce.
We source what we can from the local markets fresh daily and incorperate artisinal products from Cambodian businesses where it is available. Many of our menu elements are made in house- everything from chorizo & bread to house roasted coffee and home brew ginger beer.
We strive to intergrate local seasonal produce seemlesly into our take on Australian cafe fare. The menu is an ecclectic blend of modern cuisine which allows experimentation with innovative flavour profiles. By presenting adaptations of classics from around the world we are able to add our own signature twists without stagnating dishes in order to respect tradition.
Whilst the cafe always features a comprehensive set menu Espresso is known for our daily specials. This is where our passion for great food is truely shown and the abundance of Kampot's fresh local produce exhibited best.
